This checklist defines hard invariants for any Ghost post produced under ACP Stage 4b.
Failure on any Required item is a governance violation.

A. Provenance & Scope (Required)

  • ☐ Paper title explicitly named
  • ☐ Paper authors / origin identified (at least venue)
  • ☐ Paper version and date specified
  • ☐ Artifact explicitly classified (e.g., diagnostic research, not policy, not forecast)
  • ☐ Statement that post is a derivative artifact appears in body or Spine

B. Authorization Preconditions (Required)

  • ☐ Completed ACP Instance exists (Steps 0–4)
  • ☐ Analytic Commitments exist and are respected
  • ☐ 4b decision record exists
  • ☐ Default 4a: Stop was explicitly considered
  • ☐ No new claims introduced

C. Interpretive Constraints (Required)

  • ☐ No intent, deception, goal, or agency attribution
  • ☐ No inner-state or psychology framing
  • ☐ No trajectory, scaling, or future-direction claims
  • ☐ No reassurance or normativity unless explicitly authorized
  • ☐ Uncertainty preserved and visible

D. Metaphor & Compression Discipline (Conditional)

If metaphors or analogies are used:

  • ☐ Clearly marked as illustrative, not evidentiary
  • ☐ Mechanical / structural (not anthropomorphic)
  • ☐ Do not imply new claims or mechanisms

E. Misuse Resistance (Required)

  • ☐ Likely misinterpretations named or structurally blocked
  • ☐ Narrative coherence does not exceed authorization
  • ☐ No quotable lines that imply scope expansion without adjacent constraint

F. Structural Completeness (Required)

  • ☐ Layer 4 — Spine included
  • ☐ Spine lists claims, non-claims, uncertainty
  • ☐ Explicit authority disclaimer included

G. Continuity & Enforcement (Required)

  • ☐ AIH block included, containing:
    • AIH::Scope
    • AIH::Claims
    • AIH::Non-Claims / Constraints
    • AIH::Uncertainty
  • ☐ AIH prohibits reuse outside scope
  • ☐ AIH records governance-relevant constraints (e.g., Trajectory Prohibition)

H. Status Declaration (Required)

  • ☐ Canonical vs non-canonical status stated
  • ☐ Purpose of publication stated

Summary rule:
If a Ghost post feels “complete,” “satisfying,” or “forward-looking,” it should be re-checked.
Correct Ghost posts often feel narrow, unfinished, and frustrating.
